About Sabal uresana
This species is medium sized palm with a thick, stout trunk. It is notable for the silver bluish tint to its fan shaped leaves. It is commonly found in the Sonoran desert in Mexico, but is still quite rare in cultivation.

Select a location that receives partial shade to full sun. As it matures, it can handle full sun. This species is very drought tolerant, so take precaution not to overwater. Plant in rich soil with good drainage. Feed occasionally during the growing season with a high quality palm fertilizer.
