About Linospadix minor
This is a small, clustering rainforest palm with very slender, cane-like stems that typically stays compact. The crown carries a tidy set of dark green, feather-type leaves that can look a little irregular or “torn/tousled” in the way the leaflets divide and group. From beneath the crown it produces long, slender flower spikes, followed by small, narrow fruits that ripen yellow to red (and can vary by plant).

Cultivation Tips
Select a warm, humid, protected, and out of harsh wind—it’s an understory palm at heart. Give it bright shade or filtered light. Plant in rich, organic soil that drains well, not heavy clay that stays waterlogged. Water consistently so the mix stays evenly moist, but don’t let it sit soggy for long stretches. Feed lightly but regularly during the warm season, and if you’re growing it outside the tropics, treat it as frost-free/greenhouse/indoor palm for best results.
