This is a rare and lesser known species or form within the Licuala genus, likely originating from Papua New Guinea. It was mentioned in a collector’s garden post as a newly planted specimen sourced from Searle Brothers Nursery in Florida, which specializes in rare tropical palms.  "Togu Bodu" is likely a locality name or field collection label, not a formally described species. These names often reflect the region or village where the plant was collected.  It may be solitary or clustering, but without formal description, its growth habit and mature size are still uncertain.
