About Cyrtostachys elegans
is a clustering palm with multiple slender stems. Each stem is topped with a smooth, green crownshaft, lending a refined look to the clump. The leaves are pinnate with narrow, gracefully arching leaflets that are evenly arranged and glossy green, sometimes with a slight silvery underside. Inflorescences emerge below the crownshaft, producing small, cream-colored flowers that develop into ovoid red to orange fruits.

This palm grows best in a sheltered, humid garden location where warm, tropical conditions can be maintained. Young plants prefer filtered light, while mature specimens can adapt to partial sun if given consistent water.
