Cultivation Tips
Plant in a location that receives full sun to partial shade. This species likes a moist, humus-heavy soil, and plenty of water. Do not let soil dry out in between waterings. These palms seem to thrive in more humidity environments, which may also positively effect their growth rate. They do not like drying winds. Feed with a high quality palm fertilizer several times during the growing season.
